kick the body hate habit and step into the life they want and deserve.

Here’s an idea of what The Body Confidence Journey looks like…
While your body confidence coaching journey is unique to you, I’ve found the following steps are important along the journey:
Claim what you really want – you’ll face up to what’s really behind your desire to ‘fix’ your body so you can move closer to claiming what you really want.
Meet your body confident self – you’ll get clear about who the body confident you is. What is she like and what does she want from her life?
Identify your body confidence saboteurs – you’ll shine a light on how body dissatisfaction became a part of your life so the saboteurs can’t work under the cover of darkness anymore.
Clear the road ahead – you’ll clear out all the things that no longer serve you on your body confidence journey including: beliefs, physical clutter, habits or people.
Create your body confidence enablers – you’ll come up with a body confidence plan that includes: empowering body beliefs, positive body habits, and how to create a body positive environment.
Deal with the road blocks – we’ll look at practical ways for you to deal with the ‘stuff’ that can sabotage your progress along your body confidence journey.
Celebrate your progress – you’ll take time to focus on, and celebrate YOUR journey so far, without comparing it with anyone else’s.
Continue the journey – with the knowledge and tools you’ve acquired so far, we’ll discuss what strategies and support mechanisms you need to continue the journey for yourself.

The Body Confidence Journey is NOT for you if….
You’re looking for a way to lose weight or change your body. This programme is not about physical change – it’s about changing the way you think and feel about your body.
You want someone to ‘fix’ you. I will provide a safe space, accountability and love and support on the journey. BUT it is up to you to do the work needed to build a kinder, healthier and more loving relationship with your body. I can’t do that for you.
Want a quick solution. Body image work takes time, dedication, resilience and perseverance. The truth is it can be HARD. This means there are no overnight solutions. You need to accept this and be committed to do the work for as long as it takes.
You have an eating disorder. If you aren’t currently undergoing any treatment for your eating disorder, I don’t recommend this programme for you. However, if your health care practitioner recommends coaching to assist your recovery, this programme can work alongside your other treatment.
I was at a point where I was fed up with punishing myself with food and exercise – it was time to change how I felt about myself instead of how much I weighed.
I knew that acceptance was the key, but I had no idea how to achieve this.
Before starting the programme I read Judi’s book: The Little Book of Body Confidence. I love it! It has many snippets of great advice and is easy to pick up and put down. Its messages are inspiring and a great stepping stone for the work I did with Judi.
Working with Judi, I realised it wasn’t just my body confidence that was lacking. By addressing deep seated beliefs, unpicking my values and visualising where I want to be, it became clear there was more at stake than not liking the way I looked.
Judi worked with me on so many levels. I had suffered with low self esteem and years of self hatred – fueled by my eating disorders and negative thought patterns from my early teenage years.
The improvement in how I feel about myself today is huge. I gained so much from my sessions with Judi. She is so easy to talk to and I never felt judged or scared to open up to her.
The way I feel about my body is totally different. Yes, I still have days when I can be a bit down on myself – but this used to be an ‘everyday all day’ occurrence. Now it’s perhaps once a day a couple of times a month. It’s freed me up to focus on other areas of my life that I want to work on – like my career and my children.
It didn’t seem possible to be free of the torment of that voice inside. I used to be so horrible to myself. I put the hard work in and with Judi’s help and guidance, I am in a much better head space about my body and my life.
What you get on The Body Confidence Journey:
During this body confidence coaching programme, we’ll work together over a period of 4 months, which includes:
Initial 60 minute consultation. We’ll explore what you really want from life and how body hate and dissatisfaction are currently holding you back.
7 x 50 minute sessions. In person or Skype sessions every 2 weeks. We’ll dig deep to find out what’s at the root of your body concerns. The coaching will be tailored to your needs with built in accountability and loving, yet challenging support and encouragement.
All exercises and tools. Customised coaching exercises based on your needs.
Unlimited email support between sessions. You can contact me at any time via email between sessions to share your progress, concerns or melt-downs. I’m here for you every step of the way.
Weekly email check-in’s to see how you’re doing. I’ll touch base with you each week to see how you’re doing. I’ll administer a loving kick up the butt or a virtual hug, whatever is needed!
When I first started working with Judi, I was at a very low place in my body confidence and self worth. I felt a lot of guilt for not being present with loved ones, as my mind was always working overtime criticising and comparing myself to others when I should have been having fun! I had lost myself. I blamed myself for this behaviour.
Working with Judi has helped me recognise not just the behaviours that trigger these negative thoughts, but also external factors which I didn’t even consider to have such a negative influence, such as social media and material objects. I am starting to learn more positive behaviours now, and feel more positive about my future relationship with my myself!
The investment for our 4 months together is £800, which can be spread over 4 instalments.
